So, the problem is that when I try to launch an emulator by issuing the command emulator @A2, an emulator comes up on the screen.But even after waiting for as long as 2-3 hrs, all it shows is a black screen. I'm new to react native, but I've been researching how to redirect to new activities with buttons for the last few hours with no avail. My current solution involves me using react-navigation from multiple files, with App.js creating the StackNavigator for the rest of the pages. Same system on Android and iOS. Images live in the same folder as your JavaScript code. Components are self-contained. No global namespace, i.e. you don't have to worry about name collisions.
